About the role

You will work closely with our customers, during both the initial sales process and for ongoing professional services projects. You will clearly define the scope of each engagement, for a smooth transition from the sales team to the delivery team. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn by also onboarding and offering technical support to customers during the scale-up phase in the US.



  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements.
  • Set up and the delivery of bespoke demonstrations of the Jumptech platform.
  • Design and document required system integrations.
  • Respond to customer RFPs.
  • Identify gaps between customer requirements and current product functionality, and working with customers to agree how these will be handled.
  • Work with the product team to understand the cost and timescale of system enhancements, before committing any change to the customer.

Your profile

You have;
  • A minimum of 2/3  years’ experience in a similar role, more senior candidates are also welcomed to apply.
  • Experience in developing new business across the US.
  • Experience within either the eMobility, EV charging, mobility or SaaS sector.
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills to provide the best solutions for customers.
n a customer-facing technical role, you are also;


  • Clear and confident when communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experienced in responding to technology RFPs.
  • Able to understand and capture business requirements.
  • Tenacious and have the ability to solve problems.
  • A self-starter; equally able to work independently and to collaborate as part of a team.
  • Able to draw a system integration diagram.
  • Knowledgeable of the software development processes.
  • Able to attend up to 1 month of training in the UK on joining and to travel within the US to customer workshops.
